Kai Cenat found himself embroiled in a public feud with Kanye West during a Twitch livestream on March 15, 2024.

The streamer received clothing from West's new YZY line, but when he tried on the sweatpants, they were much larger than expected. Kai jokingly paraded around his room with the oversized pants, entertaining his viewers and showcasing the size difference.

However, Kanye West did not see the humor and responded angrily via Instagram DMs, publicly sharing the exchange. He accused Kai of disrespecting his clothing line and playing favorites with Adidas.

During his Twitch stream, Kai learned from his viewers that Kanye had messaged him on Instagram and shared screenshots of their conversation. Kanye's DM expressed frustration and demanded respect for his clothing.


The streamer defended himself, explaining that he meant no harm and simply requested a replacement for the ill-fitting pants. Despite Kai's efforts to clarify, Kanye continued to accuse him of intentional disrespect.

Kanye's manager, John Monopoly, intervened, calling Kai to resolve the issue. They eventually reached an understanding, attributing the conflict to a misunderstanding.

Kai ended his stream without further comments on the situation, and both parties have remained silent since then.
