The mansion, a 17-bedroom, 40,000 square foot estate on a six-acre promontory, includes a main house, guest accommodations, a caretaker's house, garages for 15 cars, and extensive outdoor sports facilities.

According to a source from TMZ, their realtor has been «looking at the house for about two weeks» but has yet to find a buyer. They are reportedly asking around $65 million for the property, despite having invested significant money into improvements, potentially incurring a «loss of millions of dollars.»




Earlier this week, new photos of the lavish interior were uploaded to estate agent websites after being removed following the initial sale to Lopez and Affleck last May.
