Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, despite their separation, appeared close and supportive of each other at the Los Angeles premiere of Bad Boys: Ride or Die. This event marked their first joint red carpet appearance since revealing they had been separated for seven years.

Smith, 55, exuded confidence as he posed with his wife of 26 years, Jada Pinkett Smith, for the cameras. He sported an all-black outfit, featuring a floral-patterned blazer, a fitted beanie, black-rimmed shades, and a thick woven chain necklace. The actor, known for his role in the fourth installment of the Bad Boys franchise alongside Martin Lawrence, seemed in high spirits.

Jada Pinkett Smith, 52, complemented her husband's look with a semi-sheer dress adorned with a wavy black pattern. The couple's children, Willow Smith and Jaden Smith, along with Will's son Trey from his previous marriage to Sheree Zampino, joined them at the event. Jada's mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, was also present, walking the premiere carpet at the TLC Theatre.



This appearance followed Jada's shocking revelation in October 2023 about their years-long separation. Despite the separation, Jada supported Will at the Dubai premiere of Bad Boys: Ride or Die on May 22, though they did not pose together on the carpet. Instead, Jada shared the event on social media, wearing a striking black-and-white Iris van Herpen gown.

Jada's memoir, Worthy, released last fall, disclosed their separation and her "entanglement" with singer August Alsina. Despite their challenges, Jada expressed optimism about their relationship, stating, "We're still figuring it out. We've been doing some really heavy-duty work together. We just got deep love for each other, and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us."

In December 2023, Jada revealed to the Daily Mail that Will's infamous 2022 Oscars slap was a turning point for their marriage. She described it as a "holy slap," emphasizing the positive changes it brought to their relationship.
